CEDAR CITY — Mystic Hot Springs Music Festival, 475 E. 100 North in Monroe, is on for the weekend with gates opening at noon Thursday. The festival ends Sunday and features a a full lineup of entertainment and festivities; see the full lineup here. Sunday, The Brothers Comatose, featured in video above, will take the stage.
Brothers Alex Morrison and Ben Morrison grew up in a house that was known for its music parties. The brothers took this generous, inclusive and rowdy attitude and brought it to life on stages all over the country.
They play guitar, banjo and sing to front the five-string band from San Francisco, blending Americana, folk and bluegrass.
“The Morrison house was a gathering place for local musicians – everyone would bring an instrument, call out tunes, call out changes, and just play for hours,” the brothers said. “I learned more in that living room than in any class I ever took.”
The environment the band creates with their music and their live shows is a sing-along, stomp-along, full-blown party.
Mystic Hot Springs is a popular venue for musicians, bringing everything from small, intimate musical performances to full-blown festivals with multiple artists onstage.

Tickets are available online. The festival spans four days, July 23-26, and tickets range from $110 for a single day and night pass to $250 for all four days of festivities. Discounted tickets for kids and local residents are also available.
