ST. GEORGE – Fashion and fun await those who attend this year’s Jubilee Fashion Show and Luncheon Monday, Nov. 21, at noon at the Dixie Center St. George.
Come preview the season’s best looks from local retailers while enjoying an afternoon of good food, friendship, and fashion that will benefit Women and Newborn Services – including the NICU – in southern Utah.
Ashley Johnson, a local designer, and McCall Alldredge, of Legend Solar, are the dynamic duo that will once again use their talents to prepare a wonderful and entertaining fashion show that will highlight the life-preserving efforts of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Dixie Regional Medical Center.
“I have 10 grandchildren,” Johnson said, “that are very near and dear to my heart. One of them is a local NICU graduate. The NICU is also dear to my heart. It is a place of hope and healing and I am excited to be a part of the Jubilee and help raise funds to support our wonderful women and newborn services that assisted my beautiful daughter, McCall, and granddaughter.”
The Jubilee Fashion Show will again be sponsored by Patricia Shoemaker-Glessner and Joseph Glessner. Shoemaker-Glessner is a former television personality and anchor of “Spotlight Five,” which aired in Salt Lake City for over two decades. Rumor has it that Shoemaker-Glessner will perform live at this year’s fashion show event.
“Last year we really took the Fashion Show to a new level,” said Johnson. “This year it will be even better. Stuart Marriott, a former Versace model and now a developer in Florida, will be a co-host at the Fashion Show. I have worked with Stuart Marriott before on projects from coast to coast and abroad and he will be a great addition to the show.”
The Jubilee Fashion Show and luncheon is a great way to celebrate the holiday season with the important women in your life. Fashion Show tickets are $25 for an individual ticket, or $200 for a table that seats eight.
