WASHINGTON COUNTY — A crash Sunday morning on southbound Interstate 15 has closed both lanes and is causing delays of more than 15 minutes. The crash occurred about 1 mile south of Pintura on southbound Interstate 15 and has resulted in the closure of both southbound lanes.

- Update Sept. 2, 12:50 p.m. – UDOT has removed the incident alert from their website, and both lanes have reportedly been reopened. Check back with St. George News for a report on the incident.
- Update Sept. 2, 11:30 a.m. – UDOT has reported on their website that the left lane has reopened.
An alert originally issued by the UDOT traffic website at 10:45 a.m. and updated at 11:14 a.m. said the closure was expected to last at least one hour, with anticipated clearance shortly after noon.
