Red Cliffs is sharing the magic of the season with a calendar of fun, family-friendly events between now and Christmas. Shop Red Cliffs and make unforgettable memories during the most wonderful time of the year.
“Christmas is in full swing at Red Cliffs,” event and marketing coordinator Sarah Spagnolo said. “We’d love for everyone to come and celebrate with us.”
Holiday events at Red Cliffs
Gnome for the Holidays
During your shopping adventures, keep your eye out for Clifford, the traveling Red Cliffs gnome who sneaks from store to store each week and hides in plain sight. If you find him, take a picture with him. Like, follow and tag Red Cliffs on social media, and you’ll be entered to win a $250 gift card plus prizes. A new winner will be selected every week in December.
Photos with Santa
Red Cliffs will be offering photos with Santa all month long. Stop by and share your Christmas wishes between the hours of 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturdays, and noon and 6 p.m. on Sundays. Santa will also be available for last-minute photos from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
School holiday performances
Student choirs and bands from local schools will visit Red Cliffs every week to share the Christmas spirit through song. Enjoy their talents from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12; Thursday, Dec. 14; Tuesday, Dec. 19; and Thursday, Dec. 21.
Winter princess singalongs
Bring the little ones to experience a dusting of wintertime magic with princess singalongs and story times courtesy of Ever After Events. The fun starts at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13 and Wednesday, Dec. 20.
Live holiday music
Local musicians will visit Red Cliffs every Friday from 6-7:30 p.m. to play the sounds of the season. All performances are free and open to the public.
Breakfast with Santa
Christmas Village presents Breakfast with Santa every Saturday from 9-10:30 a.m. Kids will sing Christmas carols, take a train ride, create a holiday-themed craft, play games and enjoy story time with Santa. Tickets cost $35 per person and are available to purchase here.
“The holidays last all month long at Red Cliffs,” Spagnolo said. “We’re busy and full of holiday cheer because we love Christmas and the whole Christmas season.”
Red Cliffs has been Southern Utah’s premier retail destination since opening in 1990. As the only major indoor shopping center between Las Vegas and the Wasatch Front, it features more than 60 stores and nearly 450,000 square feet of retail space.
Red Cliffs also offers plenty of places to satisfy your sweet tooth while you shop with holiday treats from Totally Nutz, See’s Candies, WannaCinn, Hickory Farms and more. You can enjoy a bite to eat inside or on The Terrace, a new outdoor area surrounded by great shopping and great food, which opened earlier this year.
The Terrace is the centerpiece of an ongoing rejuvenation project that aligns the mall’s offerings with what today’s customers want and need. That includes even more shopping and dining options, like the Al’s Sporting Goods, Tillys, Jay Bird’s Chicken and Kaiseki Sushi locations that opened earlier this year.
“We always have something going on,” general manager Cory Ashby said. “Red Cliffs is the community’s place to shop, eat and play. It’s the place to be.”
