ST. GEORGE — In this week’s episode of “What’s on the Menu,” host Sheldon Demke invited coworker Lhea Livings to join him for lunch at Digby’s Market on the west side of St. George. A true local marketplace, Digby’s Market also has an old-fashioned deli and creamery.

They started at the deli, where Demke ordered one of the lunch specials with brisket, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Livings opted for turkey and rice with Oreo pudding for a little something sweet, plus the salad bar.

Next up was the ice cream parlor, where Demke helped himself to a seasonal favorite, mint chocolate chip. Digby’s Market also offers Dole Whip, the delicious dairy-free soft serve that makes everyone feel like a kid again.

“Very light, very refreshing,” Livings said. “Kind of the best Dole Whip I’ve ever had.”
