ST. GEORGE — This week, “What’s on the Menu” host Sheldon Demke met up with the general manager of Red Cliffs, Cory Ashby, to check out all of the fantastic dining options available at St. George’s largest retail destination.

Red Cliffs is Southern Utah’s place to shop, eat and play. And now you can enjoy your meal inside or on The Terrace, a new outdoor area for live music and other events surrounded by great shopping and great food.

“If you’re like me, you get hungry when you go shopping,” Demke said. “And I do a lot of shopping at Red Cliffs, which is great because they’ve got a ton of dining options.”

If you’re looking to grab a quick snack, stop into Pretzelmaker for one of their signature pretzels or some hot dog bites with dipping sauce.

Need something light and refreshing? Sharetea combines fresh fruit with exotic flavor combinations from all over the world in their boba, brewed and milk tea drinks.

If you prefer something with a little kick, head over to Jay Bird’s Nashville Hot Chicken, where they’re serving up world-famous chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches seven days a week.

On the other side of The Terrace, Kaiseki Sushi offers an upscale Japanese dining experience. It’s the perfect dinner destination after a busy day of shopping.

But don’t forget dessert! Stop by WannaCinn for a sinfully delicious sweet treat, like a gourmet artisan cinnamon roll with ice cream on the side.
